Andrew Wallace has been teaching chess as a curriculum subject in Brighton and Hove schools for 10 years. He runs school chess clubs and tournaments and has worked with Age UK to bring the benefits of chess to older people. He is the regional organiser for the charity Chess in Schools and Communities.

Bonnie has over 13 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry working as an advanced Personal Trainer and Comprehensively trained Pilates Coach. She is passionate about a holistic approach to body and face aging, utilising rehabilitation Pilates, corrective exercise, and face yoga to combat the bodies aging process.
During this workshop Bonnie will guide attendees through various traditional face yoga techniques while talking the group through the main factors that contribute to skin aging, deeper wrinkles and lines and the importance of a natural and effective skincare routine and how this lifestyle change can rejuvenate the skin!

Our Next La Festa event continues with Cagliari, Sardinia on the 16th May. Our ‘La Festa’ feasts of Italy are an exploration of the regions of the food capital of the world, where we navigate you through five courses of Italian cuisine like a local.
Sardinia is the second largest Island in the Mediterranean Sea, after Sicily, and the Sardinian cuisine is vast and varies by landscape. In the mountains and inland areas, dishes revolve around meat and cheese; along the coast it’s all about seafood.
On this food culinary tour of Cagliari, Sardinia dishes will be from the region and packed with flavour, full of fresh ingredients and a celebration of everything this sunny Island has to offer.

Created by Jemma Bolt and Denise Van Outen, Discoliscious returns for an extra special roller disco edition. Taking Place on 25th May on Bank Holiday weekend, at the Upper Deck of the Brighton i360. Join us on the dance floor as we party the night away with DJ sets from Jemma and Denise as well as DJ Xarnder. We’ll also have Jam Saxx performing some funky Saxophone tunes live from our beach side bar. This is the ultimate inclusive party, so whether you want to hit the skate rink, or you’d prefer to join us on the dance floor, we have tickets available to suit you. THE BRAVO Awards
The BRAVO awards are an annual highlight in the Brighton foodie calendar, allowing the general public to cast their votes for their favourite food and drink venues across 16 categories. The 2023 edition of the awards was celebrated with great acclaim. Representatives from many of Brighton’s restaurants gathered to honour the winners at Cavanserai, a venue associated with Brighton Fringe.
