22 October | Charlie Tayler Guest Chef
Enjoy a one off 7-course tasting menu created by our Guest Chef Charlie Tayler & Steven Edwards.

After working in some of London’s toughest kitchens, Charlie travelled to Japan to master his skills. He returned to the UK a year later and now leads the kitchen at Simon Rogan’s bijou 12-seat chef’s table restaurant, Aulis London – where he won a Michelin star in 2024.

He lives and breathes cookery, entering the kitchen at 14, getting fine dining experience under Matt Gillan at The Pass at South Lodge, Alyn William’s team at The Westbury and Brett Graham at the now three Michelin star restaurant, The Ledbury. His British, sustainable dishes are setting London’s foodie scene on fire.

As this is a one off event, please note we will not be able to cater for dietary requirements.

Please note we take a non-refundable £20 deposit per person for all reservations to guard against no-shows and short notice cancellations.
This will be taken off your final bill in the restaurant.
