The Bistro aim to provide a very relaxed and informal approach to dining and welcomes everybody with open arms to the beautifully restored former Town Hall. Whether you are looking for an intimate romantic setting, somewhere to entertain work colleagues or simply dining out with your friends – Chambers Bistro is set over two separate dining areas with enough space for everybody.

The team believe passionately in great customer care and providing really good food at really good prices. Everything from their kitchen is cooked to order using the best quality meats and fresh fish locally sourced where possible. There is always a fish of the day dish on the specials boards along with other treats that are updated throughout the week.

Sunday Roasts – perfect for a family meal out

Sunday at Chambers Bistro includes a choice of prime cut “Englands Rose” roasting joints, home-made chambers yorkshire puddings, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes cooked in goose fat and an in-house gravy. They also offer a vegetarian option of lentil, smoked mozzarella and roast pepper cake which is served with all the trimmings. Why not take advantage of their Sunday offer of a carafe of house wine to accompany your roast for just £10.50. If you don’t fancy a roast the a la carte menu also runs on a Sunday giving you plenty of choice.

If steak is your favourite then you’ll be in for a treat at Chambers Bistro Shoreham as they specialise in sourcing the best cuts, offering either sirloin or fillet with a variety of four sauces to choose from, including; Brighton blue cheese and port and a a classic Forestiere mushroom sauce. All steaks are served with hand cut triple cooked chips, home made french fries or buttered new potatoes and you can add onion rings or turn it into a surf and turf for a small supplement.

Every Friday evening at Chambers guests are treated to some fabulous live acoustic music which transforms the dining experience and creates some really memorable and magical nights out in Shoreham. Different jazz, swing, bossa nova and gypsy jazz duos play every week booked by Jason Henson. Duos featuring many vocalists, guitarists, double bass players and much more.

Being family owned and run, Chambers welcomes all age groups including children. High chairs and colouring in for children is also provided. Baby changing facilities are available.

Chambers Bistro is the sister restaurant to the House restaurant in Brighton.
