E39 restaurant brings the true taste of the Mediterranean to Hove. Italian influences reign supreme in this gorgeous restaurant where the passion is not only captured in the food and drink but the team that welcomes you. These Hove restaurateurs pride themselves first and foremost on their fresh food offerings – everything is made from scratch using quality ingredients by their team of artisan chefs. The menu has a fabulous selection for all appetites from lunch through to dinner. Expect fresh lighter bites in the starters such as Calamari, Mussels Marinara, Bruschetta or Chicken Skewers with a lime and coriander dip. The main courses herald the delights of seafood. Harissa Mussels, Whole Grilled Sea Bass and a Saffron Infused Fish Stew amongst others serve up the sea. For land lovers there are great steaks cooked to perfection. Of course no Mediterranean restaurant can do without Pasta – E39 serves fantastically fresh pasta dishes that bring the taste of Italy right to your table.

When the sun goes down E39 warmly lights up for dinner service, you’ll be transported to your favourite Mediterranean shores with a range of dishes to suit the most discerning of diners. 

Drinks are also a passion point at E39. You really should get familiar with their cocktail menu as well, the bartenders will shake you up something to make you stir. Look out for their deals on cocktails and seasonal specials.

E39 is based over two different floors – the bottom floor is an open plan setting, with a south-facing street side alfresco area where the sun shines in all through the day. Here you can people watch and enjoy one of Hove’s newest additions with a welcome like you are long lost friends. Upstairs is a fabulous space and a little more intimate. This floor can be hired privately with its own bar and personal bartender, and the ability to close the doors – it makes it a great party venue for all ages. The upstairs is perfect for E39’s Bottomless Brunches, you and your favourite people will be well looked after in a sumptuous setting.

RB loves the transformation from day to night at E39. By day, the sun spills into this gorgeous restaurant offering the best people watching while you dine. By night the restaurant feels a whole lot more grown up. Brilliant for a date, supping cocktails and getting romantic.
