We currently have the amazing opportunity for experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our highly successful team at the Victoria Lounge and Bar.
In the opulently designed Victoria Terrace, Lounge and Bar, guests can enjoy a mid-morning coffee, a show stopping cocktail with friends, light lunches or the famously indulgent Traditional Afternoon Tea. To complement the re-design, The Grand also serves a new street food inspired menu, served on the Terrace.

• A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs
• Previous Cocktail Bartender experience
• A genuine passion for mixology
• Fantastic attention to detail
• The ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
• Immaculate in appearance
• Be focused on results – always pushing to achieve ambitious targets efficiently & effectively
• Be innovative – always seeking out and suggesting new ways of doing things to improve your self and your team’s performance
