Overview
We have a vacancy for a full-time Supervisor to join our thriving Restaurant team at Cinema Depot in Lewes.
This Role Includes
As a supervisor you will work as part of the team, serving customers and working in all our stations from coffee to running the floor.
In the absence of a manager, you will ensure that the shift is run smoothly according to procedures, take responsibility for opening, setting up and closing the building securely, ensuring staff receive the guidance they need and handle any customer queries.
You will also help with new hire induction and coaching staff.
Skills Required
The right candidate will need to be highly organised, confident, professional and reliable. Most importantly they must have outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, act as a role model and have the ability to build positive working relationships with all of the team.
Flexibility is also key, regular evening and weekend working is required.
