Overview
Food for Friends, one of Brighton’s most famous restaurants is looking for a skilled, experienced Sous Chef to work in its newly refurbished kitchen.
We would require the Sous Chef to help lead a talented and passionate team, along with the guidance from the Head Chef.

As Food for Friends Sous Chef you’ll need to make sure our standard of service remains high at all times, ensure your kitchen is running smoothly, keep the atmosphere positive within the kitchen and work well as a team to deliver fantastic fresh dishes throughout the day.

Skills Required
Our Sous Chef must have:
– A proven track record working in a similar environment
– A history in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment
– Be able to take responsibility for the quality of all dishes served
– Assist with ordering stock, stock management and quality control
– Passion and desire to create new plant based dishes for our ever changing menu
– An eye for detail
