We have a great opportunity for a Head Chef or a competent Sous wanting to further their career in Hove.

You will need to be a passionate and enthusiastic chef who has pride in all aspects of your work.
Key aspects of this role include;
Menu creation, innovation and execution
Daily management of kitchen operation
Stock control and Food safety
Team development
High level of customer service
Financial planning and cost centre responsibility
The business is a trendy all-day food offering, with quality at the heart of the ethos.
The establishment has high expectations of the kitchen team, resulting in the consistent delivery of high quality, well presented, fast paced and healthy dishes.
The offering consists of breakfast, brunches, lunches and evening meals primarily and your involvement with menus and creation of these will be paramount
Shifts are a combination of split and straight shifts, to be discussed on application

Skills Required
Ideally you need to be qualified to NVQ Level 2 at least, with 3 years experience in the kitchen.
