This role is for a Head chef at Plateau to deliver:
- A pleasant and friendly working environment for the current team
- Budgets, costings
- Menu design
- Team management

We require for this position extensive experience in a fresh food environment.
The successful candidate will be able to perform all duties in the kitchen to the highest standards (pastry included)
Salary £30k-£40k inclusive of service charge.
Hourly pay, min 45hrs per week
A mix of evening/day and split shifts
