Plateau is an independent wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Brighton’s Lanes and we are currently looking for a Head Chef to join the Plateau team.

We cook well sourced, seasonal ingredients over charcoal with minimum fuss.

Skills Required

Head Chef Plateau

We require for this position extensive experience in a fresh food environment.

The successful candidate will be able to perform all duties in the kitchen to the highest standards (pastry included)

Additional Information

✔ Salary £30k-£40k inclusive of service charge.

✔ Hourly pay, min 45hrs per week

✔ A mix of evening/day and split shifts
