· Focus on showcasing local produce and suppliers, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner from scratch. Lots of emphasis on provenance of ingredients.

This Role Includes

Our requirements:

· We seek a driven, capable individual to assist with day to day running of kitchen

· Knowledge of food preparation and experience in similar role is preferred but full training will be given.

· Great attitude, eager and willing to learn/be taught new skills.

· Must be able to maintain a clean & safe working environment.

· Reliability and good time-keeping essential, along with enthusiasm and good sense of humour.

· Must be able to work evenings and weekends (straight and split shifts available).

· NVQ’s in Catering desired.
