Smorl’s Houmous is looking for an experienced full-time Chef to join their Chickpea team at the Brighton Open Market.

We are a small family business making artisan houmous, falafels, and Mediterranean & Middle Eastern hots and salads.

This Role Includes

Helping to create our menu items for wholesale and service.

A knowledge of Vegan and Middle Eastern cuisine and Front of House experience would be advantageous.

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends – hours are daytime only (we are not open in the evenings).

Applicants must have relevant experience, food hygiene certification and a passion for high-quality food. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
