This Role Includes
This position will be a key contributor to the Grill’s success!
Responsible for ensuring that the Grill Kitchen runs smoothly and all aspects of kitchen activity are coordinated, focused on the highest quality and appearance of the finished plate before serving to the customer.
Skills Required
As a Junior Sous Chef already, you’ll have experience in a fast-paced Grill style restaurant and have strong leadership skills. You’ll love to teach and develop chefs and be able to communicate well at all levels. It gets busy so you’ll need to be calm under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional standards – you’ll be a role model for the team you work with!
