This position will be a key contributor to the success of our Events delivery, as well as supporting our Sous and Junior Sous brigade in both Cyan Restaurant and The Grill! You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef, with a primary responsibility of ensuring that the Events brigade are delivering a fantastic level at all times, focused on the highest quality and appearance of each finished plate before serving to the customer whether that be for a high-profile banquet expertly executed for 500, the perfect meal to accompany a special Wedding Day or a light lunch for hundreds of conference attendees.

This Role Includes

As a Sous Chef already, you’ll have experience in a high volume but “a la carte” standard food production and have strong leadership skills. You’ll love to teach and develop chefs and be able to communicate well at all levels. It gets busy so you’ll need to be extremely organised but calm under pressure whilst maintaining exceptional standards – you’ll be a role model for the team you work with!
