The Opportunity:
Join a friendly and talented team in our newly refurbished kitchen to help further develop one of Sussex’s multi- award winning and most progressive dining venues, whilst developing your own skills and experience.
This Role Includes
As a Chef de Partie working 50 hrs a week you will be responsible for preparing and running a section of the kitchen working directly alongside the Senior Sous or Head Chef James Villiers (Semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals 2016).

Applicant requirements:
Suitable prior experience, good references, a can do team attitude and a mode of transport due to our location, which is just north of Brighton between Hurstpierpoint and Henfield, near Albourne.
