challenge?<\/h2>\n<p>Leaving the pandemic aside, the hugest challenge for all restaurant operators in recent years has been rising costs from every side of the business, costs that we can never pass on to our customers and still finding ways of remaining competitive.<\/p>\n<h2>Why do you enjoy the BRAVO Awards?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/brightonrestaurantawards.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The BRAVO awards<\/a> are a great opportunity for the diverse independent hospitality businesses of Brighton and Hove to come together with their customers and showcase their popularity, personality and expertise at what they all do.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Most of all it\u2019s all super competitive at the same time as being hugely fun and motivating for our
