As long as you serve food on <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"218\">four consecutive days a week<\/b>, you are eligible to take part.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">Supporting Local Research, Improving Your Bottom Line<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">By participating in this University-led study, your venue acts as a live case study. In exchange for your contribution to the research, you will receive:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">A Tailored Audit:<\/b> Professional food waste measurement conducted by the University team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Bespoke Insights:<\/b> A report and recommendations based specifically on your venue\u2019s data.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Expert Guidance:<\/b> Practical insights to help reduce waste-related costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Workshop Access:<\/b> A free food waste workshop to share findings and best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The anonymised data gathered from your kitchen will feed into a wider study, with the final outcomes and general advice shared publicly to support the entire hospitality sector. <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"178\">Your participation will only be made public if you would like to be part of a public case study later in the project.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">How the Study Works<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">The University team has streamlined the process to ensure it integrates smoothly with your service:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Initial Conversation:<\/b> To understand your kitchen\u2019s unique context.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Measurement Phase:<\/b> Waste is measured over four days using newly piloted reporting sheets, designed specifically for speed and ease of use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Analysis:<\/b> You\u2019ll receive an analysis of the data and tailored recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Follow-up:<\/b> After implementing changes, a final four-day measurement period tracks the progress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"13,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Staff Support:<\/b> To ensure this research doesn&#8217;t place a burden on your team, <b data-path-to-node=\"13,0\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">funding is available<\/b> to compensate staff for the extra time required to complete the reporting forms.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\">Join the Study<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful academic research that has a direct, positive impact on the industry.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Places are limited.
