Barbino is a Mediterranean small plates and wine bar pop up from the team behind Cin Cin and it’s soon to have a permanent home in central Brighton. Drawing inspiration from on the dishes, wines and cocktails of the Mediterranean coastline, Barbino will provide an oasis for busy young professionals to dine, drink and converse in a chic and cosy space for convivial dining, sharing & spontaneity.

With guidance from the founders of Cin Cin who bring over a decade of high quality restaurant experience to the table, you will cook, shake, serve and host with love and excitement for this new summer opening. Skills Required
Experience
Previous hospitality experience in a high quality restaurant or bar
Ability to work within the team when required and help lead when needed
Excellent organisational skills & time keeping with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills and an attention to detail
And a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional hospitality experiences
