Overview

Apiary is a beekeeper owned restaurant and cocktail bar in Brighton, offering exceptional seasonal food and award winning cocktails.

We are looking for a senior chef (senior CDP, junior sous, sous chef level) who has a few years of kitchen experience, and who is very pro-active and hands on, to work alongside the head chef in our small team. You will be working with fresh, local, seasonal produce and can have creative input in the constantly changing menu.

We are open Wednesday to Sunday, so we can offer a good work life balance, around 30-35 hours per week, but there is potential for more hours as we get busier. Flexible start date for the right person.
