Behind the Scenes: The Women in Hospitality Team

Women in Hospitality Brighton is organised by Restaurants Brighton, a platform that has connected the city’s hospitality community for more than 15 years. As organisers of the BRAVOs, Brighton’s biggest food and drink awards, Restaurants Brighton has built an extensive network of influential hospitality professionals across Sussex. Perfectly positioned within the industry, the events are designed to bring together women working across hospitality, creating opportunities to connect, collaborate, share experiences and build meaningful relationships within Brighton’s thriving food, drink and hospitality community.

Women in Hospitality is an interview series celebrating women working across the hospitality industry, sharing their stories, careers and experiences.

 

The series is hosted in Brighton and focuses on women working across Brighton, Hove and Sussex hospitality. It is organised by Restaurants Brighton which is the number 1 food and drink guide for the city. 

It features women from across the hospitality sector, including chefs, restaurant owners, hotel owners, managers, suppliers, marketers and industry leaders.

 

The series covers the full hospitality industry, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, events, supply chains and wider hospitality roles.

Women in Hospitality is hosted by Restaurants Brighton, a long-established platform supporting and connecting the Brighton and Sussex hospitality industry.

 

It was created to highlight, celebrate and amplify the voices of women working across Brighton and Sussex hospitality.

 

Interviews are published twice weekly as part of an ongoing series featuring women from across the regional hospitality scene. Interviews are shared across the hospitality community via the monthly Tip Jar industry newsletter

 

Yes, while based in Brighton, the series also includes women working across the wider Sussex hospitality industry. From Worthing to Cuckfield, Fulking to Eastbourne.
