Chef de Partie x2 – The Crabtree
The Crabtree | Full-time | Permanent | Up to £30,000 + benefits
We are looking for two experienced Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team at The Crabtree, as we begin an exciting new chapter under new ownership.
We are building a new kitchen team with a strong focus on quality food, fresh ingredients and excellent standards, and we are looking for chefs who are passionate about what they do and want to be part of developing something from the beginning.
The role
Full-time, permanent position
Salary of up to £30,000 per annum + benefits, depending on experience
Working alongside our experienced chef team
Taking responsibility for your section and maintaining high standards
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
Supporting with menu development and kitchen preparation
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Working as part of a friendly, professional and supportive team
About you
We are looking for Chef de Parties who:
Have previous experience working as a CDP or in a similar role
Are confident running a section independently
Take pride in the quality and presentation of their food
Work well in a busy kitchen environment
Are reliable, organised and have a positive attitude
Enjoy working as part of a team
Are keen to learn, develop and grow with the business
This is a great opportunity to join a new team from the beginning, with the opportunity to have a real input as the kitchen develops.
Immediate availability is preferred, and we are happy to arrange interviews and trial shifts during our short closure period.
