Overview
We are looking for a new member to join our team here at The Welly.
We are a small community pub, very much sport orientated, but we like to fill non sport days with entertainment of any sort.
There is a pool and darts team, bunch of lovely regulars, and dogs!
Yes, you must be comfortable with dogs. Other than that, we are very relaxed, as long as there job is done and customers are looked after.
This Role Includes
The Welly is a wet – led site, which means there’s no food served here.
Often you will be working alone (on the quieter days).
No long hours, unless you want to, and no late finishes.
Alternate weekends off.
A fantastic team where we look after one another.
Skills Required
Bar experience at least 1 year
Perfect pint is essential
Cellar knowledge, changing barrels is a must
Comfortable working alone
Very organised
Ability to deal with difficult situations
Multitasking
Proactive, polite, but can stand own ground
Additional Information
Saturday evening availability is a must.
Extra shifts available if wanted
