We are looking for someone who is as driven and passionate about excellent coffee and food as we are!
LOST is an exciting, contemporary, lifestyle cafe situated in the heart of the Brighton lanes, just a short stroll away from the beach. We love speciality coffee and are proud of our state of the art equipment and fantastic service.

Skills Required
-Skilled Barista including latte art (2 years experience or 1-year speciality coffee experience)
-Full time hours (part-time considered for the right candidate)
-Largely daytime hours (weekend availability essential)
-An interest in fantastic food
-The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication & customer service skills
-Front of house knowledge
