The Kindling opening team are on the hunt for an apprentice Commis Chef to join our kitchen team.

The Kindling concept focuses on serving seasonal plant-based dishes, alongside carefully sourced ethical meat and sustainable fish, cooked over fire.

We are passionate about conserving the seasons, practising a mix of traditional and modern preserving and fermenting techniques to use in our dishes.
