Overview
Lost in The Lanes Cafe in Brighton is looking for an experienced Part-time Chef de Partie, required for 3 days per week.
This Role Includes
You will work alongside an experienced Head and Sous chef and on weekends have KP support too.
It is a very busy but highly organised kitchen.

Skills Required
We are looking for an experienced chef who thrives on a fast pace, would enjoy working in an open kitchen and being part of a close team. We welcome applications from people who have relevant experience in a busy kitchen and handling fresh food.

We have seasonal supper clubs and other private events so there is an opportunity to grow your skills.
Would suit someone who is available or prefers weekend work (some flexibility on days).
Additional Information
You will be mainly doing service during weekend days but there is some prep required during the service hours as well. Flexibility and a good attitude is a must.
Hours are generally 8 till 4 or 5 pm.
