The Roundhill is looking for a Front of House Assistant Manager!

This role will require experience with both bar and food and able to work on weekends.

Depending on the applicant hours can range from 20/40 hours per week!

FOH Assistant Manager responsibilities include consumable ordering, wet ordering, assisting with rotas, assistance with payroll and supervising staff.

This Role Includes

Calculate future needs with the Head Chef
Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
Assisting shift schedules
Assistance in payroll for all restaurant staff
Training of FOH staff
Assist in keeping detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus and staff.

Skills Required

Experience as a AM or similar role in the hospitality industry
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable / Design My Night
Good math and reporting skills
Customer service attitude
Communication and team management abilities
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
