Overview

At Kemptown Project, we run some of Brighton’s favourite independent restaurants, and one of the UK’s only certified organic coffee roasterys. Our goal is not only to create and sustain a group of restaurants that Brightonians are proud of but to continue sharing our profits with social projects in Rwanda and the UK.

Lucky Beach, located on the beach between the piers, and Redroaster//Lucky Khao, St James Street, are award-winning, sustainably focused casual dining environments, regularly recommended in the media. We’ve had a busy few weeks since reopening and with a couple of new openings coming up in the next year, we are looking for like minded people to join our team.

We’re gearing up for a busy summer down here on the beach and we need passionate people to help us! If you like the idea of spending summer on the beach, in a fast paced, fun place to work then this might be the role for you.

About Kemptown Project

Kemptown Project is an environmentally-responsible hospitality group which brings together the best of eco-conscious design and sustainable architecture, together with extraordinary comfort and delicious sustainable food. Our theory is that a new luxury is emerging based on what is now missing in everyday life: nature, sustainability and good health.

We operate some of Brighton's most popular restaurants, we share our profits with social projects in Rwanda and the UK and our goal is to grow our portfolio and help the communities reach self-sufficiency and to become Brightons leading hospitality employer.
