This Role Includes
We are seeking a Chef! As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting our menu of small plates, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese small plates and sushi with precision and flair.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Contribute to menu development with creative ideas and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Pay: £12.50 per hour plus service charge
Hours: 20-30 per week
