Izakaya: Stay, Eat, and Drink

The Brighton cocktail bar draws inspiration from ‘Izakayas’ found in Japan, which are casual Japanese bars serving tasty drinks and snacks. They are places where friends meet for after-work drinks, much like pubs in the UK. Blossoms Brighton recreates this casual atmosphere and has built a loyal customer base since opening. People return for the innovative cocktails, delicious food, and the assurance of being well looked after and guaranteed a good time!

You’ll be greeted by their welcoming staff and get to witness some cocktail-making action at the bar upon your arrival, amidst the tantalising smells of their freshly made Japanese food.
