Blossoms Brighton is an award-winning cocktail bar and restaurant serving uniquely crafted cocktails, delicious Japanese small plates, and an unforgettable experience. Situated on Brighton Square, nestled in the historic Brighton Lanes, it’s perfectly located for some after-work drinks with friends, a pitstop from shopping in the Lanes, or for celebrating a romantic date. Creative cocktails, such as The Cherry Blossom with vodka, umeshu, yuzu, and sour cherry, can be found on the menu.

Izakaya: Stay, Eat, and Drink

The Brighton cocktail bar draws inspiration from ‘Izakayas’ found in Japan, which are casual Japanese bars serving tasty drinks and snacks. They are places where friends meet for after-work drinks, much like pubs in the UK. Blossoms Brighton recreates this casual atmosphere and has built a loyal customer base since opening. People return for the innovative cocktails, delicious food, and the assurance of being well looked after and guaranteed a good time!

The venue has been carefully decorated with Asian artwork, featuring a hand-painted mural. As you enter Blossoms Brighton, you’ll notice the beautifully decorated bar with pink blossoms climbing the entrance. You’ll be greeted by their welcoming staff and get to witness some cocktail-making action at the bar upon your arrival, amidst the tantalising smells of their freshly made Japanese food. There are high tables to perch at, or further into the venue, there’s plenty more seating, such as booths ideal for groups or cosy spots for a date, along with additional tables.

RB loves the Blossoms Brighton Experience, a set menu designed for a minimum of two people. Each person gets to choose one dish from each section, all served with either rice or fries, plus dessert. We are drawn to the Edamame, Duck Gyozas, Wagyu Beef Bao Bun, and the Chocolate Mochi, accompanied by a Lychee Koku to sip on – yes, please!

The Essentials 

• Drinks – The unique cocktails add a theatrical twist to your experience. There is a fantastic wine and sake list available featuring a Sake Experience. There’s a whole selection of specialist Japanese spirits, and plenty for gin enthusiasts. Spirit free cocktails are available along with a good selection of beers.
  
• Dog Friendly – Dogs a very welcome at Blossoms, they just need to be kept on a lead, and due to it getting busier there’s an 8pm curfew on Saturdays.Water bowls and treats are available
• Private Hire – Available for half hire 20 people or full hire 50-75 people, Blossoms Brighton can be the place to host your party be it a birthday, hen party, celebration, Christmas party or corporate event.
• Weddings – Blossoms Brighton can be hired for a wedding celebration where they can create a bespoke package to suit your special day. From custom cocktails and food, to DJs and music.
