We are looking for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our team here at The Restaurant at Drakes
This Role Includes
Pastry Chef de Partie required for our fine dining restaurant & luxury boutique hotel in Brighton.

You will be creating fresh modern European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. You will ideally have experience within a 1 to 2 AA rosette environment.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including breads and ice creams.
An excellent salary is available for the right Pastry Chef De Partie who is available to start immediately.
