Redroaster Coffee

Skills Required

Coffee experience is essential and cocktail/bar experience would be a bonus, although we can develop your skills if you have the right passion and attitude. If you have visited or worked in cafes in New Zealand or Australia you may be the perfect candidate as we’d love our cafe to reflect that quality of coffee, food and service that we’ve seen in Melbourne and Sydney.  You will have worked in places where customer service is paramount and be willing to work on the bar and learn too.
