Rathfinny Wine Estate is one of the leading producers of Sussex Sparkling Wine and is set in the stunning setting looking over Cuckmere Haven in Alfriston.

The main Tasting Room restaurant is open seven days a week lunch times only during the winter months with extended opening from Easter as well as holding one off events. The restaurant is glass walled and looks directly over the vines and from here we serve a reduced menu which continually evolves using the best produce available using modern techniques and methods but basing everything around the ingredients. We have a small team of chefs who are all dedicated and passionate about pushing to create a special experience for the guests. We have recently been included in the Michelin guide after our first year of opening and we plan on seeing how far we can go.

This Role Includes

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic chef de partie who wants to learn as well as bring something to the kitchen. We get to work with fantastic ingredients and you need to be prepared to respect them and help in forming a fantastic kitchen team. Hours are roughly 9-6, five days a week, you receive a generous pension package, healthcare, equal share of service charge and tips. You would need your own transport to be able to get to the restaurant as its in the countryside 20 minutes on the coast from brighton and doesn’t have the greatest transport links. Skills Required

Experience in fine dining working with quality seasonal produce.
