We are looking for an experienced head chef to join our group taking the reigns of the kitchen, working alongside our current team.

At Kemptown Project, we run some of Brighton’s favourite independent restaurants, and one of the UK’s only certified organic coffee roastery’s. Lucky Beach, located on the beach between the piers, and Redroaster//Lucky Khao, St James Street, are award-winning, sustainably focused casual dining environments, regularly recommended in the media. Both have had extremely busy years, and with a couple of new openings coming up next year, we are looking for like-minded people to join our team.
