Fika Bakery, wholesale suppliers of Swedish baked goods, has expanded from Brighton to London. The business is currently 18-months old and supplying a large number of cafes and venues in Brighton with their popular cinnamon buns. They are now also delivering to select venues in London, while looking at expansion plans across Sussex.
