With two award winning restaurants in Brighton and Hove, now is the time to join the incredible team at Cin Cin! They are looking for a sous chef to help lead their team and develop with them as they grow.

Since opening in 2016, they’ve won a Michelin Bib Gourmand, been voted Brighton’s 3rd best restaurant, won Brighton’s Best Welcome (twice), been included in the Waitrose Good Food Guide and Harden’s Guide, featured in national press by The Telegraph, Restaurant Magazine, BBC Good Food, Olive Magazine, National Geographic Food and The Guardian; had their recipes printed in a cookbook, served over 45,000 customers with lots of positive feedback and just had a great time giving Brighton and Hove the Italian food it deserves!

You need a minimum of 5 years cooking experience at a high level in a busy kitchen and be willing to learn new skills.

You also need excellent English and communication skills as you will be customer facing in our open plan kitchens.

Experience with Italian food and cooking would be beneficial but it is not essential.

Most importantly they are looking for someone with a real passion for food, service and hospitality, and a love of cooking simply and seasonally.

If you join, they need you to be able to do the following:

  • be extremely clean and well organised, particularly in their open kitchens assist with menu writing and be keen to bring new ideas to the table for specials
  • be motivated, friendly and approachable even under pressure
  • be responsible for stock management, help with food ordering and kitchen hygiene targets
  • Want to grow with their business and be a long term member of their team?
