Overview
With reopening well within our sights and a busy summer to look forward to, we are looking for somebody to join us to run our award-winning restaurant in Central Brighton.
Redroaster is a sustainably focused cafe and restaurant, regularly recommended in the media and is unusual in that we trade right across the day in two distinct formats. Daytime we are a busy coffee and brunch venue especially at weekends, evenings we sell incredible Northern Thai BBQ (Lucky Khao), cocktails and beers.
This Role Includes
As a General Manager.
-You will already have been involved in the running of a busy restaurant or cafe and can give energy out to your team and insist on high standards
-You enjoy working with, and meeting new people, are naturally service focused and don’t enjoy working with other managers who would rather be in the office.
-You can show a track record of bringing people through your businesses and always prioritise your team.
-Enjoy having a say on new drink and food menus, like to try different ways of working and have had success growing sales previously. If you love amazing coffee, that’s even better.
