The perfect candidate will possess abilities required to help with menu planning and have a strong work ethic.
Ideally you’d have 2-4 year experience working as a Sous Chef and be able to confidently lead a small team and can cope well under pressure.

This Role Includes
Assisting to create and deliver innovative menus to the highest standard. Outstanding food presentation and sourcing high quality ingredients. Supervision and training of full and part time catering staff.

The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and Friday and Saturday for dinner. The job will include a four day week including two evenings.

About Rathfinny Tasting Room
Rathfinny Tasting Room restaurant is set in the stunning Rathfinny Wine Estate in Alfriston, East Sussex and looks out onto the vines.
The vineyard was established in 2010 and officially launched in the Spring of 2018, coinciding with the restaurant.
The Tasting Room is headed up by Michelin Star chef Chris Bailey. The menu philosophy draws on the best produce available and of course what is in season. As such the menu changes weekly, with every dish complimenting the wines produced on the estate.
