We are seeking a Chef! As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting our menu of small plates, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese small plates and sushi with precision and flair.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Contribute to menu development with creative ideas and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
