Established over 17 years ago the company currently has two sites located on Brighton seafront and in the historic lanes.
The seafront restaurant has an intimate internal space seating 40 covers and a spectacular terrace area seating another 40 covers. The Lanes location is a buzzy city centre location with 40 covers that has become an institution of the city.
We are known for our atmospheric services and with open kitchens you really play part of the experience each guest has. The team really is the most important part of our restaurants and we are confident that you will love it.
This Role Includes
As Chef de Partie you will create and execute dishes made from the best seafood the south coast has to offer. With skill and passion our chefs work in an environment that encourages, trains and supports each team member to fulfil their potential.
