Net Zero 360 course

Author: This article was written and provided by Dr Adam Jones, University of Brighton.

While investigating tools for reporting and measuring sustainably the team came across one specifically designed to measure a business’s carbon footprint. While our project is focused on the three areas of sustainability, planet, people, and profit – measuring the environmental impact of your business is a great step forward. Net Zero 360 is a free one-day in person course to get you up to speed on the carbon basics alongside a practical hands-on session to support your journey to being net zero. As part of the one-day workshop you will be given free access to the Clean Growth UK business carbon calculator to help measure your carbon footprint.

The session includes understanding where your business’s carbon emissions come from, what a carbon footprint measurement is, using a carbon calculator to support creating a net zero action plan for your business and where to find funding to put your plan into action.

These FREE workshops delivered by Clean Growth UK and are designed to support your sustainability journey through reducing your carbon emissions.

These free workshops are available during June and July and are exclusively available for businesses in Brighton and Hove, Rother District, Eastbourne, Lewes District, Wealden, Arun, Adur and Worthing District.
