The carnivores among us will be in their element with endless cuts of steak to choose from. The Grilled Picanha is the jewel of Brazilian cuisine, a tender and juicy rump cap is succulent and bursting with flavour which is a must try. The Mixed Grill is packed with pork loin, chicken, sausage, ribs and seasonal guest dishes.

Pair your barbecue with endless options from the regularly refreshed buffet, filled with fresh salads, seasonal veg, charcuterie and hot sumptuous sides. There is a selection of vegetarian options, but really Fogo de Chão is a meat lovers paradise.

TASTES OF BRAZIL

Dive into signature Brazilian flavours with dishes like Feijoada, a rich black bean and pork stew served with white rice, farofa, spring greens and Pao De Queijo, their very moreish cheese bread. The Caipirinha reigns supreme on the cocktail menu and expect to find inventive twists on classics like the delicious Brazilian Ice Tea that uses Cachaça and Guarana to pack that all important punch. For pudding (if you have room) you should indulge in Pudim, a luscious crème caramel or the fudgy and decadent brigadeirão.

You’ll get a big taste of Brazilian hospitality and showmanship too, as the team brings huge cuts of meat on sword like skewers directly to your table, expertly slicing tender cuts directly onto your plate. This is classic rodízio at its best.

BIG AND BEAUTIFUL

Fogo de Chão doesn’t only go big with its food offerings, the restaurant is huge. This of course makes it such a great place for group dining, allowing everyone enough elbow room as they fill their plates (very important). The space is stylish, inviting and comfortable…and has a great view of the hubbub up and down West Street. Whether you’re a couple, family, group of friends or colleagues, you’re in for a treat and a warm Brazilian welcome when you step through those doors.

THE ESSENTIALS

  • All You Can Eat

Fogo de Chão is a place for feasting offering two unlimited choices, the Full Rodizio Grill with unlimited grilled meats, sizzling sides and salads and an endless parade of succulent cuts carved tableside. You can opt for the Buffet and Salad only for less, here you’ll get an array of fabulous fresh salads, hot dishes and Brazilian specialities. There are non-unlimited options.

  • Accessible

Fogo de Chão is fully accessible, easily accommodating wheelchairs or mobility scooters. The accessible toilets are currently being refurbished.

  • Family Friendly

Fogo de Chão is a great spot for a family feast. Loads of space and the kids even have a kid-sized set price of the all you can eat options. High chairs and changing facilities available.

  • Dog Tolerant

Well behaved dogs are welcomed at Fogo de Chão – with tables far enough away from the buffet your four-legged friends will be happy pups. We think if you bring your dog and fill up, take a long beachside stroll after to walk off all that buffet goodness.

  • Great for Groups

The space is big so it’s perfect for gatherings large and small. The top booking number is 120 if you’re going big, but otherwise, there’s loads of space to communally party alongside celebrations, hens, stags, families and more. Again, given the size of the restaurant, you can request perhaps a quieter space if you want to tuck in and catch up.

  • Offers

Monday to Thursday Fogo de Chão have great offers to entice you in. From the full all you can eat menu for less all day Monday to Wineday Wednesdays with 30% every bottle of wine – you’ll find some fabulous South American wines on the menu, so the perfect day to try out the list.

RB LOVES

Endless steak on tap sounds great to us, but actually one of the underrated perks of an all you can eat restaurant is, you’re in charge of the timing. So whether you’re off to a gig at The Brighton Centre, catching a film at the cinema or stepping out of your conference for a quick lunch, then getting great food rápido is an absolute winner.
