Wine Paring Masterclass

In prepration for the launch of Market Restaurant & bar in September 2015, here is something to whet the appetite as we spend some time with their resident wine expert Kate.

MARKET Restaurant and Bar is the latest creation from the experienced restaurateur and designer/chef duo Kate Alleston and Neil Mannifield that brought you Graze, the popular 2AA rosette restaurant located in the fashionable Brunswick area of the city.

Here Kate introduces Oysters with a Bloody Mary shot which she pairs with a Picpoul De Pinet 2014.

In her second dish Kate introduces a Rabbit and Duck Liver Terrine which she pairs with a Chenin Blanc.

Market opens in September 2015 on Western Road in Hove.
