The Burger & Lobster Brunch – Brighton’s New Weekend Favourite

The Full Brighton brings together sausage, bacon, tomato, fried eggs, smoky beans, and sourdough, while the B&L Benedict lets you choose between lobster, smoked salmon, or spinach, all served with poached eggs and hollandaise on a brioche roll or sourdough.

For something sweet, the berry waffles with plant-based yoghurt, berry compote, and honeycomb are a perfect choice. And, of course, there’s avocado toast, smashed with tomatoes, poached eggs, coriander, and chilli flakes for a fresh and vibrant start to the day.

The B&L Set Menu lets diners enjoy two courses for £20 or three for £25, perfect for a satisfying meal without the guesswork. The Roll Combo brings together a burger and a lobster sandwich roll, while the Lobster Combo is perfect for seafood lovers, featuring half a lobster and a lobster roll.

If oysters are your thing, don’t miss Oyster Happy Hour, running Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm, where you can enjoy freshly shucked rock oysters for just £1 each, served with Tabasco, lemon, and shallot vinaigrette.
