New Category: Best Brews & Bakes

For many of us, a perfect day starts with a great coffee or a mouthwatering pastry. From simple pleasures to show-stopping treats, we’re giving the Best Brews and Bakes the chance to shine with this new BRAVO category.

A More Sustainable BRAVOS

Sustainability is at the heart of BRAVO 2025, recognising the increasing importance of responsible hospitality.

A More Robust Sustainable Champions Category

To qualify for this category, venues must complete a Sustainability Checklist (developed in partnership with the University of Brighton) and be featured in our new Sustainable Restaurants Guide.

A More Eco-Friendly BRAVOs

  • No more printed voting cards – We’ve switched to individual QR codes to streamline the process and cut paper waste.
  • Sustainable trophies – This year’s awards are once again handcrafted by Designs Woodcraft, a family-run Sussex business known for stunning furniture made from recycled materials.

Through these initiatives, BRAVO 2025 is not just about celebrating hospitality, but also about leading the way in positive change for the industry. Vote for Your Sustainable Champion Here
