The Ginger Fox – Sussex Country pub
Ginger Fox Henfield is part of the popular Ginger Group chain of pubs and restaurants and is quietly nestled in the foot of the South Downs National Park.
Other Ginger Group venues are Brighton based and Brighton restaurants include The Flint House in Brighton’s Lanes, The Ginger Pig which is a Hove restaurant and then the Gingerman in Norfolk Square which was the first of the group.
Ben McKellar is a leading chef in Brighton and Hove and has been setting the standards in Brighton dining for some time. The Ginger Fox is definitely worth a visit and about 15 minutes drive away from Brighton, located close to plenty of Sussex walks.

A taste sensation. Attention to detail and an amazing blend of flavors that produced a delicious meal. Can’t wait to return.
Well worth a visit. Pretty thatched cottage roof, with views of the South Downs. Good food, attentive service
