Community and Sustainability at Novellino Brighton

The team behind Novellino operates several popular restaurants in London and are proud to bring Kosher food back to Brighton for the first time in years. Under the supervision of the Kosher London Beth Din (KLBD), the restaurant is part of a brand new community complex – BNJC – built to support the local Jewish community. There is also a thriving Kosher deli serving a wide range of Kosher supplies and Jewish staples.

The vision is to become an outstanding community venue for people of all backgrounds to come together and enjoy connection through food.

It is built to be flexible with adjoining event spaces, accommodation, gym, co-working space, nursery and the deli which work holistically alongside the restaurant.
