The Josper Oven | Seafood Surf Board

We meet Dave Mothersill from The Salt Room restaurant in Brighton as he introduces us to the Salt Room Surf Board and the Josper charcoal oven. Josper is an elegant combination of a grill and an oven in a single machine and is favoured by top chefs across the globe. Dave first started using the Josper oven at the Salt Room’s sister restaurant, The Coal Shed and rated it so highly that he installed one at The Salt Room.

Dave will be appearing alongside his fellow Salt Room colleagues Matt Ottley (Bar Manager) and head Pastry Chef Laura Petersen, at the forthcoming Brighton Foodies Festival 2017 which is on Hove Lawns 30th April, 1 & 2 May.
