This is a great pub but I would be careful buying wine there. I asked for a glass of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and what I was given obviously wasn’t New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. My friend tasted it as well. I took it back to the bar to get a replacement and they refused to change it with one of the staff claiming to be a sommelier. They said it was taken from a bottle which was open that day. They offered another wine which I didn’t like. In the end I decided it must just be me and accepted the wine and drank it. I then ordered a second glass and what I received the second time definitely was New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc it has a very distinctive taste so whatever I was given first was either off or a different wine. I feel like they should have changed the wine when I told them it wasn’t what I had asked for.
