Riffing on the wild flavours of the Sussex countryside, the evening starts with canapés before guests settle down to enjoy a three-course menu showcasing the best local game.

The clue’s in the name: Wild Flor really knows what it’s doing when it comes to game. The third in a series of special 2025 dinners, this one dials up the winter flavours. No need to wait till then though, there’s venison, partridge and wild mushrooms on the autumn menu right now.
