Conveniently located next to Hove station, Bayon Bakery is a French pâtisserie-inspired artisan bakery perfect for pre-work, post-work or anytime treats. With generous, authentic pastries – including croissants so good you could believe they were from Paris – and seriously indulgent seasonal bakes, you’ll join the weekend queues without a grumble. Their range of hand-made cakes and pastries includes signature bakes like the Cinnamon & Orange Morning Bun and Brighton Blackout Cake, which attract a cult following.
