To celebrate the arrival of their new brewery, four local upstart breweries are showcase their newest brews. There will also be a collaboration brews available for you to try. Etch is becoming one of our favourite places in Brighton for pop-up kitchen events. This months guest chefs are from Ox and Origin and their menu certainly doesn’t disappoint. Experience 7 dishes for £60 per person. View the menu and book a table over on the etch. website.
Prost! Get out the Lederhosen and join The Walrus for Oktoberfest celebrations at their October Supper Club! £22.50 gets you 3 savoury courses and a selection of bottled beers at just £2.50! Join The Sussex Ox for their annual game and wine supper. A special 3 course menu is carefully designed featuring local Sussex game and fruit and vegetables from their own organic farm. Chocolate lovers unite… and celebrate love of chocolate at the Hilton Brighton Metropole. A weekend of chocolatiers, chocolate makers, people with a passion for chocolate and cacao, chocolate-related quality items, and exhibitors who want to showcase their chocolate!
Are you a fan of a late night whisky tipple? This event is for you. Upstairs at The Joker welcome Matt Wilson from the original Swedish whisky company, Mackmyra, to showcase his spirits. First released some 12 years ago, there’s now a fascinating range to explore. This tasting is free to attend, so be sure to book your space sharpish!
Join in-house wine experts Dimitri Mesnard and Stefano Angeloni for a Sunday evening of wine tasting at L’Atelier Du Vin. Get cosy in their Prohibition bar in the heart of the North Laine as you meet the team and embark on a journey of great wines and accompanied by sharing boards of Charcuterie, Wagyu beef and cheeses.
